This chalet has been tastefully updated with modern amenities and is well maintained with mini split heat pumps and A/C for year-round rentals. Enjoy a quiet Northern Michigan stay in your private chalet on a sprawling wooded lot at the end of a cul-de-sac with extra room for parking in the lower-level circular driveway in front of the house. This spacious vacation home has been updated with 2 smart TV’s with streaming capabilities, Wi-fi Internet, fully equipped kitchen, a deck with grill, new mattresses and bedding, mini split heat & air conditioning, 2 gas log fireplaces, a newly added fire pit area and a GAME ROOM! Rental includes the use of a pool pass (Indoor & Outdoor) for all guests.
The main floor great room is accented with a towering brick fireplace, vaulted wood ceilings, & opens to the wraparound deck. The large primary bedroom is upstairs on the 2nd floor with a private bath & a balcony with woodland views. The main & lower levels each offer an additional bedroom & bath. On the walkout lower level, you'll also find a game room w/ a pool table (re-felted last season), electronic corn hole toss and darts arcade game, board & card games, a smart TV with streaming capabilities and a fireplace and twin bunk beds. Walk down to the new firepit area to enjoy the stars and s’mores. Other amenities include a well-stocked coffee/tea bar.
If you are traveling with a young child, we also offer a pack-n-play, high-chair, and three different sized baby gates.
Pet Policy
Please note that we no longer allow dogs. If a dog is on the property, there will be an additional charge of $100 per day per dog.
